Sounds good, Jo! I like having a location, because it highlights to people in that location that you are there for THEM. Maybe you could say, 'In London and around the world'?
Personally, I think easy-to-follow programs is better than one-to-one. Think about it from your customer's perspective. Does it matter to them if it's one-to-one? Or does it matter more if it's easy-to-follow?
